Meet Leon Wormly.

I’m Leon Wormly, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent with Heritage Homes Realty. I was born and raised right here in Philadelphia, in the Fox Chase section of the Northeast, and this city has always been home.

Real estate has interested me for as long as I can remember. For several years I worked the off-market side of the business, finding properties and connecting buyers and sellers outside the traditional listing process. That experience taught me how deals really come together, how to read a property and a neighborhood, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner who’s honest and responsive.

I recently decided to go all in and become a full-time agent so I could offer that same hands-on approach to more people. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, or looking for your next investment, I’ll bring local knowledge, hard work, and straight talk to every step of the process.

I know Philly neighborhood by neighborhood, from the Northeast to Brewerytown to Roxborough and beyond. Let’s talk about what you’re looking for.
